Social Behavioural Change & (IDT) Programme
Mar 16, 2025
Changing a community starts with changing how people think and act. Our social workers lead a series of powerful programs designed to challenge harmful social norms and encourage positive behaviour.
YOLO (You Only Live Once) teaches youth to make safe, informed choices about relationships, sex, and their future.
Men Championing Change (MCC) empowers men to reject gender-based violence and become advocates for equality.
Boys Championing Change (BCC) shapes the next generation of young men to grow up respectful, responsible, and community-driven.
Chommy encourages open dialogue, peer-to-peer education, and community building.
These initiatives don’t just raise awareness; they equip individuals with the courage to speak out against stigma, discrimination, substance abuse, and GBV. By investing in behavioural change, we are planting seeds for long-term transformation.
Strong communities need strong organizations. Through the IDT, we empower NGOs to grow, sustain themselves, and serve with excellence.
Our goals are to:
Build capacity and leadership in NGOs.
Strengthen governance, accountability, and transparency.
Support innovation and sustainability.
Encourage collaboration between NGOs, government, and the private sector.
Increase community impact and amplify the voices of the marginalized.
By uplifting the organizations that serve, we uplift the communities they reach.
